1. Clarification of profile
– job posting
In collaboration with your company, we prepare a job advertisement, where we have the “candidate” eyes on the job advertisement to make it as attractive as possible. Of course, you approve the job posting.
– for the job
We primarily contact candidates by telephone in the evenings or on weekends. We prepare both an oral and written “elevator pitch”, where we cut right to the bone to make candidates interested. You approve both before the headhunting.
3. 1 week sprint
We have a white board where all our headhuntings appear. A named recruiter is allocated to each task. Every Monday morning, he or she must state the number of candidates he or she expects to send to you within a week.
4. Qualified consulting and sparring
CEO of iHeadhunt has more than 20 years of professional experience ranging from developer to development manager, which means qualified consulting and sparring right from the first meeting and throughout the process.
5. If you want a test
We offer both a personal profile and a logical test if you want a deeper insight into the candidate’s motivation, skills and behavior.
6. Time horizon
You can expect us to present the first motivated and relevant candidate(s) within 10 working days. Then we continue with the nose in the track until the signature falls on the right one.
7. Statistics on the headhunting
You can receive statistics on the hunt with one day’s notice. Ie. the number of candidates we have contacted. We provide valuable information about how the market experiences your company and the job.
IHeadHunt guarantees our headhuntings. Ie. you or the candidate stops working during the trial period, iHeadHunt will re-occupy the position at no additional cost.
