We keep statistics on your recruitment so that we can document what we have done of activities. In iHeadHunt, it is essential that the recruitment process is as transparent as possible. As a customer, you must be able to feel safe by being prioritized right from the start of recruitment until the signature falls. We have also learned that statistics are a good tool for having a dialogue with the customer in relation to how the market receives the contact in relation to a specific position.
Number of candidates we have reviewed
When the actual search is started after the search basis has been determined, we often go through a large number of candidates in order to be able to select the right ones to contact. We can therefore inform you about this number.

We keep statistics on the number of candidates we make direct contact with. After more than 10 years in the industry, we have a good idea of how difficult a headhunting will be when we start getting the first reaction from the market.
Response from the market on your company and the job
Once we have made contact with a larger candidate field and begin to get the response from these, we generally have a good foundation, which is fact- and empirically based. The ratio between the number of candidates we contact and those who express interest in the job is for us a very good indicator of how attractive the job is perceived by the market.
