You will receive advice, guidance and feedback throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting to the signing of the contract. It can for example be about 1) how difficult it will be to find such a profile we demand 2) what is the salary level for the profile type or 3) what do we have to turn on to attract the very exciting candidates. In iHeadHunt, we also very often get involved in the final salary and contract negotiation to make ends meet. Here we are often ‘mediators’ between client and candidate to ensure that there is realism both ways.

Realism and assessment
We give a realistic assessment of whether the dream candidate exists – possibly. with small adjustments. If we are unsure of the number of exciting candidates before commencing a recruitment, we do some initial searches and present data to the client. It often provides fertile ground for some rewarding dialogues.
