QUICK PRESENTATION OF EXCITING CANDIDATES (10 DAYS)
Most of our customers want to hire the right candidate quickly – without compromising on quality. Many of the specialists (developers and IT architects) we headhunt are so attractive that it is important to be able to react quickly as a customer when the right candidate shows interest in a job change. As soon as we get in touch with an interesting and interested candidate, it is important that the customer can react quickly so as not to lose momentum – and thus lose the candidate’s interest.
RELEVANT AND MOTIVATED CANDIDATES WITHIN 10 DAYS
Typically, we will be able to present the first 2-3 motivated and relevant candidates within 10 working days. Other profile types such as IT project managers or team leaders, we will have an actual presentation day, where typically 3 profiles are presented.
The headhunting begins from day 1
After the job posting is approved, the headhunter goes – possibly. with the help of a researcher – in the process of defining the search basis for the job profile in close collaboration with Peter. Then the actual search on LinkedIn, iHeadHunt’s subject bank, Stack Overflow, Github and so on begins.
Agile without bureaucracy
We are extremely agile and quickly adapt to the wishes and requirements a customer has for us. As it is often the headhunter who is also the researcher, he or she can immediately change the search strategy a bit if there is such a need.
