When combined with 10 years as a headhunter, he has a unique knowledge of the industry both with recruitment eyes and an understanding of the hiring manager’s situation. We have only chosen to specialize in the technical area and especially the IT area, as we want to understand at the technical level what the customers demand. It is often necessary to be completely sharp in finding the right profiles – and not least to ensure that we only send professionally relevant candidates to our customers.
Likewise, Peter has included Scrum / Agility / Sprint as part of the Search process, which means faster and more efficient processes, where the first candidates are typically presented within 10 working days. All candidates are quality assured by Peter and they are both motivated and interested in the job change.
Finally, iHeadHunt is very transparent throughout the process and also challenges the customer if we feel that the requirements and wishes are unrealistic. We are often used as actual sparring partners throughout the process – and not just as headhunters who send candidates for presentation.
